TERMS & CONDITIONS

Payment:  

1. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required at the time of booking to secure the photo booth for the specified date.

2. To avoid late fee penalty charge, remaining balance must be paid in FULL 10 days prior to the event. Any payment paid after the 10 days will be considered late applying a $50 additional late fee charge to the balance.

3. Failure to pay off the full invoice amount 3 days prior to the event on  will result in cancellation of our service due to non-payment.

Delivery:  

1. Delivery shall be to the address specified by the client. Client grants the right to enter the property for the delivery and pick-up of the rented items at approximately specified times.

2. Client agrees to keep all rented items in his/her custody and not to sublease, rent, sell, remove from the delivery address, or otherwise transfer such items. All photobooth items must be in the same location where it was originally set up.

3. Parking must be provided and/or paid for (if applicable) by the Client prior to the event.

4. A delivery/pickup fee will be applied to your balance, contingent on the event location. The amount will be determined accordingly.

Cancellation Policy:  

1. Cancellation by Client: In the event of cancellation by the Client, the deposit is non-refundable.

2. Cancellation by Provider: The Provider reserves the right to cancel the booking in case of unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided to the Client.

3. Rescheduling: Rescheduling will result in a rescheduling fee of $100 and is contingent upon availability.

 

Photo Booth Use:   

1. Client Responsibility: The Client is responsible for providing a suitable and secure 16x16 feet space for the photo booth and ensuring access to a working standard electrical outlet.

2. Usage Limit: The photo booth rental includes unlimited digital photo sessions during the agreed rental period.

3. Attendant: A professional attendant will NOT be provided by the Provider for digital only rentals.

4. Client understands that this is a DIGITAL PHOTO BOOTH. No prints will be provided. Pictures will be received digitally.

5. Wifi must be provided in order to receive pictures instantly. When not using wifi, pictures will be received as soon on client has signal.

Damages and Liability:  

1. Client Liability: The Client agrees to be fully financially responsible for any damage caused to the photo booth equipment or accessories by themselves or their guests.​

Image Ownership:  

1. Client's Rights: The Client retains the rights to all images/videos captured during the event.

2. Provider's Use: The Provider may use a selection of images for promotional purposes, with due respect to the privacy of the Client and their guests.

Appropriate Conduct / Safe Working Environment:  

1. Project. The Client(s) expressly agree(s) to take best efforts to provide Dreamy Clicks and staff with safe and appropriate working conditions. In the event of circumstances deemed by either [Provider] or a bystander to present a threat or implied threat of injury or harm to [Provider] staff or equipment, the [Provider] reserves the right to cancel all services remaining under this Agreement and leave if performing services on-location. At the [Provider]’s discretion, the [Provider] may enact a three-strike policy. After the first offense, the [Provider] will make reasonable efforts to notify the Client(s) or a responsible party. If the Client(s) is/are able to respond to the threatening situation in a reasonable amount of time (maximum of 15 minutes), [Provider] shall resume work in accordance with the original terms of this Agreement. If the threatening behavior occurs for a second time, the Client(s) will agree to remove the offending person for the remainder of the project. If the behavior occurs a third time, the [Provider] will immediately leave the project. If the [Provider] leaves the project early due to any offending behavior, the Client(s) expressly agree to relieve and hold [Provider] harmless as a result of incomplete project coverage, or for a lapse in the quality of the [Provider’s] work, and the Client(s) shall be responsible for payment in full.

 

By signing the contract, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Photo Booth Rental Agreement.
